Our history

Fimutens was established in 1968 by Mario D. Cerutti and started its activity as a representative company of some of the most known Aerospace fastening system and tools manufacturers.  Along the years, FIMUTENS has enlarged its business base by adding more and more Companies to its portfolio. Today, through our technical sales team and commercial office, we offer our Customers a full service by distributing a wide range of products, including :
* blind fasteners and blind bolts 
* bonded fasteners
* potted inserts
* mechanical joints
* cutting tools
* installation tools
* aerospace hardware
* devices and instruments for special process

Our activity

We support our Customers meeting the needs of all phases, from the beginning of their new projects all along the development, prototype and production.    Fields of applications of all the products we are dealing today are aerospace, naval and ship building, defence and space, racing cars and high tech for power generation. We are highly specialized in supporting all demands for fasteners and installation tooling providing our Customers with all suggestions to make their job as much efficient as possible. FIMUTENS has its own warehouse with large capacity for stocking and distributing products and is also able to support Long Term Agreements with customers by dedicated inventory. We also offer full traceability of quality documents as required both by our internal Quality System and the Quality Requirements of our customers.
